1) Maintenance Services:
 Our friendly maintenance man, David Dickerson, takes care of dozens of hot tubs for vacation rental homes and local homeowners. You can choose from a once-monthly program ($45 per visit), a twice-monthly program ($37 per visit) or a weekly program ($32 per visit). A small charge is added if we supply all chemicals. With each visit the water is tested and balanced, the filter inspected and cleaned, the spa cleaned and vacuumed, and the system inspected for any malfunction. At no extra charge, the tub is drained and filled as needed for fresh water quality.

2) Repair Services:
Our gentlemanly technician, David Lindholm, shares repair responsibility with Neil Collins. Our repair calls are charged at $75 per hour, with a one hour minimum. Both David and Neil have been highly trained in the electronic and plumbing systems of spas at the Hot Spring Factory in San Diego, CA.

3) Spa Moving:
Our crew can move your existing spa and reconnect it. We can also dispose of an old unit that is no longer working. The cost of moving is $100 per hour and involves two or three men. The normal cost of spa removal and disposal is $200.
